I'm using iOS 26.1 and noticed that the Screen Time feature indicates I spent 4 minutes on the Goodreads app today, even though I never opened it. I made sure that 'Share across devices' is off and I don't have any other devices linked to my iCloud account. Goodreads doesn't even have a background app refresh option in the settings.
Today, I only used Reddit and the Chrome app. While I do have some Goodreads tabs open in Chrome (in incognito mode and not logged into my Google account), I didn't actually visit any of them today. Can someone explain why I'm seeing this screen time for Goodreads?

It turns out that when you visit the Goodreads website through Chrome, it can still count the time against your app usage on Screen Time, even if you weren't actually using the Goodreads app directly. Also, make sure your iOS is updated; version 26.2 might have some improvements regarding this issue.

I checked again, and even after viewing Goodreads pages in Chrome, the Goodreads app didn't show any usage, just Chrome did. So it seems the count is only for the Chrome usage then.
