Why is my iPhone Express Replacement taking so long?

Hey folks, I recently dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen. Using my AppleCare plan, I ordered an express replacement, which was supposed to arrive in about 1-2 days. However, it's now been a full week with no phone and no updates from Apple. I tried to check the status through the Support app, but I could only talk to a robot. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any tips on what I should do?

Usually, shipping takes 3-5 business days, so it could end up taking about a week in total, including processing time.

Not sure where you're located, but in my case, I got my replacement in just 48 hours. Definitely worth talking to a live rep and using your case number for reference.

Who said it would arrive in 1-2 days? From my experience, it usually takes 7+ business days!

That was the estimate I saw in the support app!

You might want to check the status on the Apple support website. Delays are pretty common, and if that’s the case, the support team might not have more info than you do.

In many regions, it can actually take up to 7 business days. If you weren't given a repair ID, check your email for one starting with 'R.' You can track your order with that or provide it to support for updates.

That’s definitely a longer wait than usual! Try reaching out directly at 1-800-MY-APPLE to see what’s going on.
