Why is My Telegram Account Still Active After 17 Months of Inactivity?

Hey everyone! I haven't used my Telegram account since December 2023. I thought that the automatic deletion feature would kick in after 12 months of inactivity, but it's now been 17 months, and I can still see my account when I check it from another account. My details like name and old phone number are still visible, and it just shows 'last seen a long time ago.' I'm a bit confused about this. Can anyone explain what's happening and how I can ensure that my account gets completely deleted?
