Why is there a strange number showing up on my Telegram account settings?

Today, I noticed something odd in the account settings on my phone. My Telegram displays a strange number that isn't mine. I've already checked and confirmed that I'm only logged in on my phone and my PC. Is this normal? I've never seen a number like this before; even the prefix doesn't match with what we have in my country for mobile numbers.

CuriousCat441: I did check my profile, and my actual number is there! It's just under the account settings that this weird number shows up. Really confusing.
