Why isn’t my scheduled GitHub Actions workflow running?

I have a workflow in a private repository that is supposed to run on a daily schedule, but it never starts. I also tested a similar workflow in another repository with a five-minute schedule, and that one did not trigger either. The workflow file appears to be valid, so I'm wondering whether there is a configuration issue or a temporary problem with scheduled Actions.

The schedule syntax does not appear to be the main problem. The workflow’s Actions page indicates that it was manually disabled. Re-enable the workflow from its menu and then test the schedule again. A later push event successfully triggered a run, which confirms that GitHub can find and parse the workflow file.

MellowOrbit42: I had disabled it temporarily, but it also failed to run when it was enabled. I’ve enabled it again—could you check whether it is active now?
