Hey everyone! I've been having some trouble with my Microsoft Store and Xbox app on Windows 11. Both apps launch just fine, but they won't load any of their content. I first noticed the issue when I tried to download CoD WW2 and it just wouldn't load. I thought maybe it was just a temporary issue, but when I opened the Microsoft Store expecting it to work, an error popped up saying, "An error occurred and Microsoft Store couldn't initialize. Try again later." I figured it might be a server error, but days later, nothing has changed.
I've tried all the usual fixes—resetting the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Store, updating Windows—but nothing seems to work. Here are my device specs for your reference:
- OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language version 10.0.26100
- Model: Acer Nitro AN515-47
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS

This sounds frustrating! It might just be a known Microsoft glitch. Have you tried disabling your antivirus? Sometimes that can interfere with apps like these. It's worth a shot!
You might want to try running 'wsreset' from the start menu. It resets the Windows Store cache, which could help your issue! Give it a go and see if it does the trick!
I really appreciate the idea! I've already tried 'wsreset' a few times, though, and it didn't make a difference. So frustrating!
Happening to me too! Seems like a widespread issue right now. Have you tried checking for any Windows updates? Sometimes those can fix strange bugs like this.

I don't actually have a dedicated antivirus, but I’ll check if McAfee is still on my machine. Thanks for suggesting it!
