I just bought a brand new computer that has built-in Wi-Fi on the motherboard, since I can't use Ethernet. While my download and upload speeds seem normal, I'm experiencing a consistent ping of around 80 in games. The Wi-Fi signal on my new PC is stuck at one bar, even though all my other devices show full bars. Is there any reason this could be happening?

Check to see if the Wi-Fi antennas are securely attached to your new computer and ensure they have a clear line of sight to your router. Sometimes, placement can really affect reception.
Make sure to test the Wi-Fi speed on your new PC. It should match the speeds of your other devices. That might help identify if there’s a real problem or if it’s just a display issue.
I just took it out of the box last night, and there's actually a package with two antennas included. I'm questioning if there's even one inside the PC since I can’t find it.
