Why am I getting an error when trying to access the Exchange admin center?

I've been encountering an issue in the 365 admin center. Every time I click on the Exchange admin option, I get an error message saying that "admin.exchange.microsoft.com isn't responding to Azure Front Door." This problem has persisted for over a day, and I'm not quite sure how to troubleshoot it. We do have Azure Front Door configured for one of our app services, but I'm not sure if that could be affecting access to the Exchange admin. Has anyone else faced this issue or know what might be causing it?

Try using this new link: [https://admin.cloud.microsoft/exchange#/homepage](https://admin.cloud.microsoft/exchange#/homepage). It seems like Microsoft keeps changing their URLs.

Yep. Microsoft is messing with URLs, *again*.

Thanks very much, that works! How weird, have they not heard of redirection? I just tried the old link and now it redirects too. 🙂

This seems like a connectivity issue between Microsoft's Azure Front Door and the Exchange backend. It might be a service degradation problem that Microsoft needs to address.

I often face this kind of issue with the admin centers. Usually, clearing your cookies helps. It's strange how something in the cookie info can cause such major errors, but it's worth a shot!
