What PC parts should I upgrade for the best performance?

I'm looking to upgrade my PC on a budget of $500 to $700. My current setup includes an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, a Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE motherboard, 16 GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro RAM, storage options like a 480 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD, an EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER graphics card, a Fractal Design Focus G case, and a 550 W Corsair power supply. I recently upgraded the RAM, but I'm unsure which other components would give me the best performance boost. Any suggestions?

If you're on a budget, I'd recommend upgrading your CPU. For AM4, the Ryzen 5 5600 or 5700X are solid options. If you're considering switching to AM5, the 7500F or 7600 would work well too, but keep in mind you'd need a new motherboard for that upgrade. It's all about balancing performance and budget!

What are the benefits of moving to AM5?
