I'm reaching out to any APC experts! We're facing some trouble with our SRT2200RMXLI-NC APC UPS units after a power outage related to a building change. We managed to power them down without issues on Friday, but when we powered them back up, one unit presented a P.08 fault and the alarm indicated that the outputs are off. Some folks have suggested that a firmware update could help, but I can't find any updates on Schneider's website. I've already tried disconnecting the battery for a reset, which hints at an internal battery problem. Does anyone have any insights or guidance on this?

You can find the firmware at this link: https://www.se.com/uk/en/product/SRT2200RMXLI-NC/apc-smartups-online-2200va-rackmount-2u-230v-8x-c13+2x-c19-iec-outlets-network-card-extended-runtime-w-rail-kit/. Make sure to check if it’s specifically for the SRT2200RMXLI-NC model since I noticed it might not directly mention that.
You should be looking for the SRT1010 firmware instead. Make sure to check the release notes here: https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_File_Name=SRT1010_firmware_release_notes.pdf&p_Doc_Ref=Smart-UPS_FW_Release_Notes&p_enDocType=Firmware. It's important to follow those notes when updating.
Thanks, I'll have my network team look into that. I've also tried doing a logic reset, which didn't seem to help.
If possible, get in touch with your support vendor for a hands-on assessment. They can perform a full diagnostics to see what's going wrong and replace any faulty parts. Without proper support, it might be tough to troubleshoot further as it could be more complex than just a firmware issue.
I saw that link too, but it doesn't seem to have anything specifically for the SRT2200. Did you manage to find anything else?
