I recently picked up a secondhand MSI X670E Ace motherboard, and I know it was working before since I received a video of it in action. However, after I installed it last night along with multiple hard drives and M.2 SSDs, the system powers on but just keeps looping without displaying an image. The keyboard and mouse light up briefly before everything shuts off, and then the boot codes just cycle endlessly. I've attempted several troubleshooting steps, including clearing the CMOS, trying different RAM configurations, and even flashing the BIOS to the latest version. I've also disconnected all SATA and USB devices. The only thing left I can think of is to remove all drives entirely, but I'm at a loss here. Has anyone experienced this problem or have suggestions on what else to try?

Have you tried removing the CPU and re-seating it? Sometimes that can fix weird boot issues. Also, double-check the CPU pins while you're at it, just to be safe!
Yes, I removed the CPU and checked the motherboard pins, and they all looked fine. I even had to reseat the CPU when I put the stock mounting frame back on.
