To ensure, you do not have problems, make sure the video file size is not incredibly large. If the video keeps failing to convert with an error about an invalid audio stream, check the log. There will more than likely be an error message saying the script has run out of memory trying to convert the video to an audio file.

just tried to convert a 4 min video mp4 to mp3 it converted to mp3 but when i played the converted clip it came up as video and the quality was shocking , where as the video loaded was perfect , not for me with that quality and process dont get that converted file shows as mp3 but plays with lousy video
Please set a higher bitrate. This is what controls the compression. The value you used must be too low
