I'm building a gaming PC for a friend and have a budget of $1000. Here are the parts I've selected so far: an AMD Ryzen 5 8600G CPU, a Thermalright Peerless Assassin cooler, a Gigabyte B650M motherboard, a Crucial P3 Plus SSD, an Intel Limited Edition Arc B580 graphics card, a Cooler Master case, and a Thermaltake 450W power supply. I'm looking for advice on whether these components are good choices, especially the CPU and PSU, and if there are better options within the budget.

The Ryzen 5 8600G isn’t really designed for gaming since it’s focused more on integrated graphics, which you probably won't be using a lot with the Intel video card. You might want to look into the Ryzen 7000 series for better gaming performance.
Thanks for the input! I chose this CPU to future-proof it, aiming for the latest socket for potential upgrades down the line.
