I'm thinking about buying a GPU that's fitted with a water block instead of the usual fan cooling, which I currently have in my setup. I'm wondering how difficult it would be to switch to water cooling, especially since I'm used to air cooling. Is it worth making the change or should I just stick with air cooled GPUs? What do I need for this transition, and is it really expensive or tricky?

If the GPU you're looking at uses a water block instead of a fan, I'd generally recommend sticking with air cooling. Water blocks can be complex to set up and maintain, and if you're not already familiar with water cooling systems, it might be a bit overwhelming. Just keep it simple with air cooling for now.
I get what you're saying, but how does water cooling actually work? I haven't really seen it in action before. Also, what exactly is a water block?
