Hi everyone! I'm having serious trouble with my Asus Vivobook 14 (R465J). It started crashing with multiple Blue Screen of Death errors like "Unexpected Store Exceptions" and "Kernel Data Inpage Error." I'm running the latest version of Windows 11, and I've already done all the updates. I've tried to troubleshoot on my own by Googling the errors, removing unnecessary software, and generally trying to figure out what the issue might be, but I just can't seem to get it right. Since I'm starting college soon and I can't afford to buy a new laptop, I'm really in need of some help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First off, make sure to back up any important data just in case things go south. If your laptop boots normally or in Safe Mode, check the Minidump folder at C:WindowsMinidump for crash logs. Those files will help us pinpoint the problem. You can zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com for us to check out. If you only have one dump file, that’s fine, but it’s helpful to have multiple. Once you get those, we can dive deeper into what’s wrong!
Those errors usually point to a failing SSD. You might need to replace it and do a fresh install of the OS. It would be a good idea to back up your important files immediately because it can only get worse from here. The Asus Vivobook uses a standard M.2 NVMe SSD, so replacing it should be pretty straightforward.
Thank you so much for your help!
The "Kernel Data Inpage Error" often indicates issues with your memory. You might want to run some diagnostics on your RAM to see if that’s the culprit. Alternatively, check with Microsoft’s support site for more help on this issue. If you need me to help troubleshoot further, just send over the question link along with any dump files you manage to gather!
Thanks for the guidance! I'll check for those dump files.
