I'm considering the T-create Expert DDR5 32GB (16x2) 6000MHz CL38 because it's the most affordable option in my country at about $88. However, I noticed that this RAM kit isn't listed in my motherboard's QVL. I'm using an ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-i paired with a 9700X. My other options are the Klevv Cras V RGB 6000MHz CL30, Corsair Vengeance 6000MHz CL36, and Kingston Fury Beast 6000MHz CL36, all of which cost around $30 more. Also, I'm unsure about the timings of the T-create kit—are the CL38 timings acceptable?

If you're okay with slightly slower timings, the CL38 will still work for you. But personally, I’d go for CL30 or at least CL36 because I'm a bit picky about that. If you're not too fussed about the CAS latency, then CL38 should be fine for your needs.
That makes sense! But just how much performance drop should I expect if I stick with CL38 instead of going for the CL30?
