I'm looking to upgrade my current GPU since I'm not able to run most modern games at high settings anymore. Right now, I have a fairly decent setup with a Core i5 10400, 16GB of 3600MHz DDR4 RAM, a 500W power supply, and a GTX 1650 (4GB). Just recently, I've been feeling frustrated with FPS drops due to lack of VRAM. Given that GPU prices are quite good where I live, I'm debating between the RTX 3060 Ti/Super and the newer RTX 50 series. Also, do you think I need to upgrade my power supply to a 650W unit?

If you're upgrading to a newer GPU, I highly recommend getting at least a 650W power supply to avoid any issues. For performance and price, I think the RTX 3060 Ti is still a fantastic choice since you can often find great deals, especially on used ones. Just make sure that wherever you buy it from has a return policy in case anything goes wrong! The RTX 50 series is indeed more expensive, but they do offer better energy efficiency and are suited for current gaming trends.
Thanks for the tip! I'm definitely looking into a new PSU since my current one is non-modular and it's a mess inside my case. Found a full-modular 650W from MSI at a good price!
