I've got an old HP laptop that's been acting up lately. I'm facing multiple issues: the shortcut function keys aren't working, some HP apps are malfunctioning, and even basic Windows features like the snipping tool have gone haywire. I've tried to fully reset the PC using both local and cloud options, but nothing seems to work—whether I keep my files or not, every attempt fails. I even ran the command "sfc /scannow," but it didn't fix everything, and I've attached some logs that might be relevant. If anyone has any ideas on how to get this sorted out, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!

You might want to follow the steps outlined here: [rtech.support/windows](https://rtech.support/windows/). This guide can help you troubleshoot issues before you resort to a full reinstall.
If you're okay with doing a full wipe, the best route is to create a bootable USB with the Windows installer. When Windows is this messed up, it often can't repair itself through the reset options.
Yeah, I just don't have a USB stick on me right now.
I'm abroad right now and don’t have a USB stick, but I'll check it out when I get home!
