I'm putting together a gaming rig powered by a Ryzen 5 7500F and I'm in the market for a GPU that excels at 1080p gaming. I mainly play single-player titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Spider-Man, Elden Ring, and Hogwarts Legacy, but I also enjoy a few competitive games. I'm open to both AMD and Nvidia options, though I have more experience with Nvidia drivers. I'm looking for a card that offers great performance without breaking the bank. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

I have a Ryzen 5 7500F paired with an RX 6600 and I can comfortably game at 1440p with 60 FPS on high settings. I'd recommend the RX 9060 XT 16GB, as it’s on par with the RX 6800 XT in raw performance. For ray tracing, the RTX 4060 Ti is comparable too!
If you want value, check out the RX 9060 or 9070 variants, whether XT or non-XT. If you lean towards Nvidia, options starting from the 4070 and up will also deliver an amazing gaming experience with your CPU.
The RX 9060 XT is a fantastic choice for 1080p gaming. With its great performance, you'll have no trouble running modern titles at high settings. Definitely worth considering!
Just a heads up, while the 6800 XT offers raw performance, it's actually about 22% faster in pure rasterization compared to the RX 9060 XT.
