Hey everyone! I ran into a problem with my PC when it suddenly started showing a repairing disk error. I've tried multiple fixes, including using the command prompt, but I can't even boot in safe mode anymore. It looks like I need to get a new SSD. My main question is: once I replace the busted SSD, do I have to install Windows again, or can I just plug it in and get it working? I'm okay with losing my data; I just need a clear step-by-step guide on what to do next since my exam is today and I'm stressing out about my computer. Any help would be super appreciated, thanks a lot!

For sure, you have to install Windows after you replace the drive. Honestly, it’s pretty standard to do that when changing out an SSD. Don't worry too much; just follow the prompts when installing, and you should be fine!
Yep, you definitely need to install Windows on the new SSD. Just plugging it in won't do the trick since the operating system won't be on it. You can use the link from Microsoft to download Windows 11 and create a bootable USB if you haven't done that yet. Good luck!
I have a USB flash drive. Do I need to go somewhere like a café to get this done?
I'm not really a tech person, just use my PC for school. So this is a bit overwhelming!
