Why won’t my new PC boot with RAM installed?

Hey everyone! I recently built a new PC with a friend, and I'm stuck with a weird issue. The PC starts up just fine without the RAM installed, but as soon as I plug in the RAM, it won't boot at all. It seems like there's power, but it just doesn't get past that initial stage. Here are my specs:

- Motherboard: Gigabyte B950 AORUS Elite WIFI7
- CPU: AMD 9700X
- RAM: DDR5 GSkill Trident Z5 2x16GB 6400MHz
- GPU: Powercolor RX 7900 XT
- AIO: Be Quiet! Pure Loop 360mm

I'm not too experienced with building PCs, so if you have any ideas or if I missed something, please let me know!

Have you tried testing the RAM sticks one at a time? It can help identify if one of them is faulty. Also, double-check that they’re seated properly in the correct slots. Sometimes that’s all it takes! If you have another computer, testing the RAM there could help rule out issues with your motherboard too. Also, make sure your RAM is listed in the motherboard's QVL; that might help with compatibility concerns.

Yes, I've tested each stick separately and switched slots around too. I don’t have another system on hand, but I can borrow one from my cousin soon. I also checked, and it's listed on the QVL, so I'm wondering if it might be a CPU issue.
