Can I use an MMC card in my SD card slot?

I found an old MMC (Multimedia Card) from my father's Nokia DVrs from the 2000s and I'm wondering if I can use it in my SD card slot. In my country, it's tough to find an adapter for it, so I'm looking for any advice or experiences with this. Will it fit and work properly?

I totally get your concern! It's normal to worry about getting it stuck since MMCs are shorter than SD cards. If you're really curious about the photos, I say go for it, just handle it gently. Good luck!

Thanks for the reassurance! I'm excited to see those old pictures, I just want to be careful.

You can usually put an MMC into an SD card slot since they're pretty similar in size. Just make sure it fits snugly, but be careful! Some of those older MMCs are a bit thinner, so don’t force it in there if it feels off. Better to be safe than sorry.
