If I delete some apps and photos, will that help me get those tickets in my inbox? I need to figure this out quickly before I lose it!

First off, just deleting apps won’t solve your problem. You really need to delete some photos to free up space. Your tickets might be stuck because the server can’t send the email while your iCloud storage is full. You should reach out to the company you bought the tickets from and ask them to resend it. They might have gotten an undelivered message because of your storage issues.
