Looking for GPU and CPU Upgrade Suggestions

Hey folks! I'm looking to upgrade my current rig a bit, particularly the CPU and GPU, since they're showing their age. Here's what I have right now:

- CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
- Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo
- GPU: Radeon RX 580 XXX Edition
- Motherboard: B450 Tomahawk MAX
- Power Supply: Aerocool LUX 750W
- RAM: 32GB 3200MHz (not sure about the specifics)

I've been advised to jump straight to the latest tech like AM5 and DDR5, but that's just too expensive for me since it would require a complete overhaul of my system. I prefer to upgrade parts bit by bit instead of doing it all at once.

So, my plan is to just pick up a new CPU and GPU for now, and later on, I'll sell my existing setup for something more modern. I'm based in Portugal, and I've been recommended the following:
- NVIDIA 5060 Ti
- Ryzen 5700X3D

These are pretty much at the top end of my budget, but I've come across mixed reviews. I want to maximize my performance for the money, so I'm here to get your thoughts. I mainly play Football Manager and modded Minecraft as they're CPU-heavy, as well as some other games like Marvel Rivals, Dead by Daylight, and Sea of Thieves. I'm not an ultra-quality gamer; I have a PS5 for AAA titles, but it'd be nice if my PC could handle some of them too—1080p works for me, and 1440p would be a bonus. Are the 5060 Ti and 5700X3D good choices, or are they overkill? Any better options that are around the same price or slightly more expensive but worth it?

The Ryzen 5700X3D is a fantastic CPU and should work well with your AM4 motherboard, just remember to check for a BIOS update. For the GPU, I'd suggest considering something like the 5070 instead of the 5060 Ti if your budget allows it. It could give you that extra oomph for the games you mentioned.

I think the 5060 Ti is a solid choice, especially the 16GB version for better future-proofing. When you think about the CPU, it might come down to whether the 5700X3D is significantly more expensive than going for something like the 7600X, along with an AM5 motherboard and DDR5 RAM, but that's a bigger upgrade than you're after!

Yeah, I'm trying to avoid the AM5 route for now. Just looking to enhance my current AM4 setup without going full upgrade mode.
