My Galaxy S22 fell into seawater and while the screen is technically working, it's completely unresponsive to touch. The phone charges fine and the power and volume buttons are functional, but the screen needs to be unlocked for USB devices to connect. I didn't have Samsung's Find My Phone feature enabled, so that's not an option. Is there a way to unlock it using a USB-C hub and my laptop, or do I just need to get the screen professionally repaired?

I ran into a similar issue before. Just remember, if it’s locked, you won't be able to connect USB devices until it’s unlocked. If the mouse trick doesn't work, your best bet might be taking it in for repair.
You can actually use a USB hub with a mouse to unlock your phone. Once it’s unlocked, you can connect it to your PC and transfer your data. If your phone is able to communicate with your laptop after that, you should also be able to set up the Windows phone link for easy access to your files. Good luck!
