I'm currently using a PC equipped with a Ryzen 5 5600G and an RX 5700XT, and it runs everything I throw at it smoothly. However, I'm getting a notification that I don't meet the requirements for Windows 11. Is there a workaround for this issue, or do I need to replace my processor to install it?

One option to bypass the restrictions is to use Rufus. Just search for ‘Rufus force Windows 11’ online, and you'll find guides on how to use it to create an install media that skips those checks.
Since you have a 5600G, you should be able to install Windows 11 without any problems. The likely fix is to enable AMD fTPM in your UEFI settings. That should clear up any compatibility issues.
Your processor should actually meet the requirements for Windows 11 based on the updated 2023 Microsoft compatibility list. Make sure you check if the secure boot feature and TPM 2.0 are enabled in your BIOS, as those are crucial for the upgrade. What motherboard are you using?
Thanks for the tip! I'll check my BIOS settings later to see if I can find the AMD fTPM option.
