I'm looking for the best AIO cooler to pair with my 9800X3D for streaming and gaming at 1080p with a 240Hz refresh rate. Any suggestions?

Honestly, the 9800X3D probably doesn't even need an AIO cooler! It's pretty efficient on its own. But if you're adamant about getting one, there's a ton of good options out there.
If you're looking for solid performance, any AIO you choose should work fine. I suggest checking out the Liquid Freezer 3 for great value, or if you want something more high-end, consider the new Phantek or Lian Li options. If you want an AIO with an LCD screen, the Corsair H100i is a good starter. For the best LCD and performance, look into the Tryx 360 Panorama.
