Why does my Windows 11 install fail at 77% on a new PC?

I've got a new PC build featuring a Ryzen 7800x3d, 32GB of RAM, an RX 6950XT, and an ASUS X670E-E Plus motherboard, along with a Kingston Renegade Fury 4TB SSD. However, I'm unable to get Windows 11 installed. The installation process reaches 77% and then abruptly fails with a message stating, "Windows 11 installation has failed." I've tried several ISOs, used both Rufus and the Media Creation Tool, and checked the RAM, which seems fine. Currently, I'm downloading a Windows 10 ISO to see if that yields different results. Any ideas on why it keeps failing specifically at 77%?

Is your Kingston Fury 4TB SSD an original? I’ve heard of some issues with AliExpress brands. Just checking because sometimes they don’t play nice with Windows installations.

Nope, I got mine from Amazon, so it shouldn't be a knock-off.

Have you tried using different USB sticks or even different USB ports for the installation? Sometimes the media can be the culprit.

Yeah, I've used three different sticks and tried almost every port. Don't want it to be a hardware issue!
