Hey everyone! I'm curious if anyone has used the NinjaOne documentation add-on lately. We're currently using their RMM and are looking for a solid way to standardize our documentation process. Do you think the NinjaOne solution is a good option, or should we explore other alternatives?

We've transitioned to using NinjaOne for our tech documentation, and honestly, it's been pretty effective for us. Previously, we had everything on Freshservice, but it seemed users weren’t engaging with it much. So, we decided to shift our user docs over to SharePoint and consolidated our tech docs to Ninja. One of the main reasons was to implement checklists, which the documentation add-on supports well. It’s all in one place now, making it easier for us to manage everything.
That sounds interesting! Does the NinjaOne documentation system feel innovative or is it just a basic storage solution? I’d love to see a feature where I can pick a device in NinjaOne and link directly to its documentation.
