I've recently upgraded my PC with a new motherboard, RAM, and CPU, moving to a Ryzen 5 9600X with 32GB of DDR5 RAM. The improvements have been huge! Now I'm considering upgrading my GPU, as I'm currently using a GTX 1070, which I've been really happy with. However, opinions about which GPU to buy vary widely. I'm looking at the RTX 4070 or 4070 Ti since those are within my budget range of about 500-600 euros for a used card. I've heard mixed reviews on whether they're worth the price, so I'm hoping to get some solid recommendations. What do you all think?

I'd suggest waiting a month to see if the 5070 Super drops. Could be worth it!
An RTX 5070 could be a great choice if you’re looking for solid performance at a reasonable price.
You might want to consider the RTX 4070 Super too! It offers performance close to the 4070 Ti but could be more budget-friendly.

Yeah, that sounds like a good plan! I want the best longevity possible.
