Hey everyone, I'm looking for advice on remote access solutions for managing multiple live event setups. I need a way to log into a jump-box computer at each site. I initially thought about using Parsec because it's reasonably priced, but the downside is that it requires signing in to the computers, which allows the crew at each event to see all the other sites I'm supporting. I also considered TeamViewer, but it's too pricey for my needs since I'm not an enterprise user. My current idea is to set up Tailscale on each computer and use VNC for access. Any suggestions on other approaches or tools I might consider?

I completely get the issue with Parsec! The shared login can be a hassle. Tailscale combined with VNC is definitely a great low-cost solution. Alternatively, if you want something easier to set up, consider AnyDesk—it’s user-friendly without breaking the bank.
You might also want to check out Rustdesk. It's similar to TeamViewer but either free or cheaper if you decide to go for the paid version. It could give you the flexibility you need.
If you're looking to keep costs down, going with Tailscale and Windows RDP sounds like a solid plan. Plus, it's simple and effective for your scenario.
