Where are you located? Prices and availability can be really different based on country. If you’re in the EU, especially France, some GPUs might be more accessible and cheaper than what’s listed on US sites. If this is mainly for gaming, you probably only need one high-spec monitor. Consider a 180Hz for your primary and a simpler one for the second!
You’re right about that 4070Ti Super. It's actually 15% slower than the standard version. If you switch to a 5070Ti, you can save some cash for a better CPU, like the 9800x3D. Also, avoid ROG monitors if you can; they can tint light weirdly at night. Instead, look for an IPS monitor with 320Hz that fits your budget, which should be around $400 where I am.
Watch out for your SSD choice. The P3 Plus uses QLC flash that isn't very durable over time. You might want a drive with TLC flash instead, like the WD Blue SN580 or TeamGroup MP44L. They tend to offer better longevity and performance.
I noticed your list includes the RTX 4070Ti Super, but that's actually overpriced and out of production. For the same price, you could get an RTX 5080 or a 5070Ti. Just a thought! Overall, your build looks good, though; it's just that GPU that stands out as problematic.
