I'm new to gaming and haven't really played any games before due to financial constraints. I love story-driven games, and I'm currently using a 75Hz Dell 1080p monitor. However, I'm planning to upgrade to a 4K monitor soon. Given my setup with an RTX 3060 Amp, Intel 12400 CPU, and 32GB of RAM, what games would you recommend? I'll also be getting an Xbox controller to enhance my gaming experience, so any suggestions would be great!

Your setup is pretty solid! Just keep in mind, if you do move to 4K, your graphics card might struggle a bit since it's better suited for 1080p and maybe even 1440p. But for now, at 1080p you'll have a good experience with quite a few games.
Definitely look into some great narrative-driven games! For starters, try out games like The Witcher 3, Hades, and Detroit: Become Human, which all work well with an Xbox controller for a smooth experience.
While the 3060 is still a good card, going for a 4K monitor might be overkill at this stage. Instead, consider a 1440p monitor for a fantastic balance between visuals and performance, especially since you’ll still get a noticeable boost over your current 1080p without taxing your system too much.
You should be able to play most AAA games at 1080p on medium settings without any issues. If you're looking for story-rich games, titles like GTA 5, RDR 2, and the more recent Tomb Raider games are definitely worth checking out.
Honestly, the 30 series is still very capable! You've got plenty of games you can jump into. Just stay away from the latest AAA titles at 4K unless you're prepared to upgrade your GPU in the future.
