Will I face a bottleneck with my new GPU setup?

I'm considering upgrading my PC with a Ryzen 5 8500G, 16GB of 6000MHz RAM, a B650 Eagle AX motherboard, and a 500GB M.2 drive. I'm planning to buy a GTX 1660 Super, but I've heard that the processor has only 4 PCIe lanes available. How significant of a bottleneck will I experience with this setup, and is that a major issue for performance?

Honestly, with a GTX 1660 Super, the PCIe lanes shouldn't really be a problem for you. That GPU isn't too demanding, so your Ryzen 5 setup should handle it just fine!

Seriously, why get a GTX 1660 Super? It's an older card. But hey, the 8500G has 10 usable PCIe lanes, so you won't have too much of a bottleneck if you go through with it. Just make sure it's the right fit for your 1080p 60Hz gaming needs!

I get the deal on that card, but just remember that while you might manage with the 10 lanes, it's still a bit outdated. Just keep your expectations realistic for the performance at 1080p!
