Help! I Downgraded My Lenovo Yoga to Windows 10 and Now Can’t Connect to WiFi

I have a Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 model 12AKP10-Type 83JR that originally came with Windows 11. I decided to downgrade to Windows 10 right after purchasing it. Everything seems to work fine except for one major issue: I can't connect to WiFi. My device doesn't show any available networks, although Ethernet and Bluetooth are functioning without problems. I've noticed that the Network Controller drivers are missing. I've already visited the Lenovo website and downloaded drivers for my model, but they're all meant for Windows 11 and they aren't functioning properly on Windows 10. Does anyone know where I can find drivers that are compatible with Windows 10?

You should try getting the hardware ID from the Device Manager. That way, you can look specifically for Windows 10 drivers compatible with your network controller. Sometimes, older drivers for similar hardware can work.

Honestly, I have to ask why you’re downgrading to Windows 10 when support is ending so soon? It seems risky, especially since newer hardware often only has drivers for Windows 11 now. You might just end up having to switch back to 11 to get your WiFi working, unfortunately.

I get that, but I just prefer Windows 10! I guess I’ll have to look for a driver from an older model or something if I want it to work, but you're probably right.
