I'm about to upgrade my PC and I'm considering these parts. I just want to get a second opinion to see if everything looks good before I purchase. Later on, I'm planning to upgrade to either a 9070 or 9070XT GPU.

It looks good overall! Just a quick question—do you already have the parts that are listed as zero cost? Also, I wonder if going for a better CPU means you’ll be sacrificing some GPU performance. How long until you're planning to do the next upgrade?
You could consider swapping to Patriot Viper RAM rated at 6000 CL30 or Silicon Zenith. Since the x3d CPUs have large caches, the RAM isn't as crucial, but if you're aiming for top performance, it could be worth it. Just make sure your board can handle up to 150W TDP chips without throttling.
Your choice looks solid! I’ve used that motherboard and it’s fantastic for the price. I’d recommend adding a storage upgrade, maybe a cheap 2TB drive for around $100, since games are getting huge. I love having 4TB of SSD space now!
