I'm looking to upgrade my GPU for competitive gaming at 1440p. My current CPU is a 9800x3d, and I also stream and clip my gameplay. I'm trying to decide between the 5070 Ti and the 9070 XT. Which one would work better for my setup?

You have to consider the NV features too! The 5070 Ti has better ray tracing quality and software support. The 9070 XT is great, but it might lag behind in longevity and new features.
I have the 9070 XT and I love it! I paired it with the 9800x3d, and later upgraded to a 9950x3d since it was only a $50 difference. The 5070 Ti is priced well too, so you can't go wrong with either!
Since you’re streaming, you might want to consider the 5070 Ti. The Nvidia Broadcast features really give it an edge when it comes to streaming performance.
It's about $50 more for the 9070 XT.
