I just built a new PC and downloaded Windows 10, but after the installation finished, it said 'restarting in 3 2 1' and rebooted. Now my monitor is just black, and the PC fans and lights are still on. It's been about an hour like this. Should I keep waiting, or does something seem off?

It sounds like something might be wrong. Typically, a restart during installation shouldn't take that long. If you don’t see any progress after an hour, you might need to force a shutdown and try the installation again. Sometimes, installation issues can happen, especially on new builds.
