I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop that was already having some issues like blue screens and freezing. In an attempt to fix it, I tried to reinstall Windows, but I think I accidentally deleted everything, including the old Windows installation. Now, I just see a message saying 'no bootable device.' When I try to use Ventoy to reinstall Windows, it keeps freezing or showing a blue screen. I'm stuck without a working system. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Just a heads-up, you might need another hard drive or SSD if you want to save your files. If it's just Windows you need to reinstall, following those guides to make a bootable USB should do the trick. Sounds like a software issue, but you should be good once you get that USB sorted.
First off, don't panic! You can try to boot your laptop from a USB flash drive with the operating system on it. If you're not comfortable doing that yourself, a local repair shop should be able to help you out. They've got the tools to fix it quickly.
It sounds like your hard drive might be blank now since you mentioned cleaning the SSD. If that's the case, you need to create a bootable USB drive with Windows on it using a tool like Rufus. There are lots of guides out there to help you do that. Remember to check the BIOS settings too, to make sure the USB drive is set as the first boot device.
