Hey everyone! I hope it's okay to ask this here. I'm looking for some advice on how to land a job at my local Apple Store. I applied for a Specialist role about three weeks ago and just reapplied today, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm super passionate about Apple products, but I know they really value outgoing and friendly personalities. How can I showcase that when my application is mostly online? Is it a good idea to visit the store in person and drop off my resume or speak to someone? Also, I recently turned 18 and I noticed that I can't update my answer on their questionnaire regarding being an adult. Is that normal?

It's not just about being cheerful; they really want to see empathy. If a customer comes in upset, they want to feel that you understand their concerns. It's more about showing warmth, hospitality, and great customer service skills. Make sure to highlight that in your approach! Remember, tech knowledge can be taught, but social skills are crucial.
I totally agree! My past jobs were all in customer service too, and being relatable really helps. How did you get your job at Apple?
