Help with Imaging Laptops Using Sysprep

I'm having a tough time imaging laptops with Sysprep for Windows 11. Despite everything seemingly working before, I keep running into a frustrating "Windows 11 failed to install" error at the end of the installations. My DISM command showed no errors, and creating the ISO to use with Rufus worked without issues. This is all while using a very basic image where I've only installed one program to check if it functions properly. I need advice since I'm also encountering difficulties with Acronis USB for imaging. My company doesn't use Intune for deployment, so I'm kind of at a dead end here. Any tips?

From what I've seen, most folks are deploying the native WIM and applying configurations afterward. If you don't have heavy image requirements, it might not be worth going the Sysprep route anymore. Have you considered simplifying that?

Can you elaborate on what configurations you're applying after using the native WIM?
