I'm building my first PC for my wife, and while I've got most components figured out, the GPU is a tricky area for me. I know I don't need anything top-of-the-line, so I'm leaning towards AMD. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D CPU, and I'm considering the ASRock AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT Steel Legend 16GB OC Graphics Card. I'm planning to play games like Fortnite and Helldivers, which are more demanding, alongside some lighter games like Sims 4 and Power Wash Simulator. My budget is around $500, and I really want to game at 1440p rather than 4K. Is this GPU a solid choice for those games?

You're on the right track! The ASRock AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT should handle those games quite well at 1440p, and it should serve you for quite a while. You're definitely making a good choice here!
If you're near a Micro Center, keep an eye out for the 9070 as they occasionally restock and you might find one around $530. Also, don’t overlook open box options; you might snag a 5070 for about $500!
Haha, I’m not too close to Micro Center, but I do pass by a few often! I’ll definitely keep my eyes peeled!
