Help! My PC Won’t Boot After Driver Update

I bought a computer from Facebook Marketplace, and after installing Windows 11, everything was running smoothly at first. I updated the chipset drivers without any issues, but when I tried to install the drivers for my 1650 Super graphics card, the system crashed. I've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already:
1. I tested the CPU graphics by connecting my monitor to the motherboard's HDMI, both with and without the GPU installed.
2. I completely powered down the system, unplugged it, pressed the power button to drain residual power, removed the CMOS battery, waited for about 10 minutes, and then put everything back together.
3. I even tried a different graphics card I know works.
Now, when I press the power button, all the fans and LEDs light up, but there's still no display. Can anyone suggest what might be going wrong?

It seems like you might have updated the chipset drivers rather than the CPU drivers—CPUs usually don’t have specific drivers. Check to make sure everything is seated well and that the correct drivers are installed. You could also try reseating the RAM and checking for any loose connections. Sometimes, a simple connection can cause the system not to post.

When troubleshooting, make sure your CPU has integrated graphics if you're using the motherboard's HDMI port. See if it’s getting to the BIOS screen. Have you tried different cables or a monitor? Those could be the culprits, especially if you’ve tested other cards and still get no display.

Just a thought: if your system isn't posting at all, it might be helpful to reset the BIOS settings by taking out the CMOS battery again for a bit longer. If that doesn't do anything, it could point towards hardware issues or possibly a power supply problem.
