Help! My PC Says ‘No Internet, Secured’ After Switching ISPs

I've been really frustrated with my internet situation. A few days ago, my WiFi was working fine. But after switching to a new internet provider which gave me a 5G box that runs on a SIM card, my PC has stopped accessing the internet entirely. It connects to networks, including hotspots, but always shows 'no internet, secured.' I even tried connecting via Ethernet, but it's the same story. I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Check if you're inadvertently using a VPN with a kill switch feature. That could cause problems when switching providers. Also, if you’ve already gone through some troubleshooting, maybe give that article a read for other solutions. If you’re not using a VPN, then maybe there's something else at play with your network settings.

Have you tried reaching out to your new internet service provider? They might have insights or be able to assist you. Sometimes, they need to activate your connection on their end after switching providers.
