I'm trying to decide between the 9070 and the 9070 XT graphics cards. The 9070 is priced at $640 and the XT version is $720, so there's an $80 difference. I'm curious if the XT is really worth that extra cash. Also, I currently have a 750W power supply; can it support the 9070 XT while I'm running a 5 7600? Thanks for your thoughts!

Honestly, that $80 difference is kind of steep. I'd lean toward the 9070 non-XT. From what I understand, the XT really needs at least an 850W PSU for optimal performance. While some folks manage to run it on 750W, those power spikes can be significant, hitting around 400-500W briefly. Just something to think about!
I’m running a 4070 Super on a 650W PSU and it’s all good, so you should be fine if you go for the XT!
I've got a 9070 paired with a 5700X3D on a 750W setup, and I haven't had any issues. So it definitely can handle the load!
The 9070 XT gives you about a 10-15% performance boost, but you have to decide if that's worth the extra money for you. I opted for the XT because the price difference was only 8% for me. Just remember, the XT will draw more power while gaming, but your 750W PSU should still be fine for both cards.
Totally agree with you! Plus, the non-XT card is generally more energy-efficient, so you’ll save on power costs too.
