I'm thinking about making the switch to Linux for my next PC since I've lost trust in Windows. However, I understand that Riot Vanguard doesn't work on any Linux distribution. Is there a way to get around this, maybe by using a Windows virtual machine?

I get wanting to avoid Microsoft, but do you really trust Riot? Anyway, if you’re considering a virtual machine, just know that Vanguard is really good at detecting them since cheaters sometimes use that method too. If someone has a setup that works, they’re not likely to share it because they want to avoid cheaters using it and risking getting banned. A better bet might be dual-booting. You can install Linux on a second drive or partition your existing drive to run both systems. Just reboot and choose which OS to log into!
So, you think it’s better to buy two drives, one dedicated just for games with that kind of anti-cheat?
