Why Do My Games Keep Crashing or Closing on PC?

I've been having a problem with my PC where, for the last few months, it shuts down or crashes only while I'm gaming. It works fine for browsing the web, but whenever I launch a game, it either closes the game right away or my computer unexpectedly resets. I've checked all the cables to make sure they're secure, ran memory tests to check for RAM issues, even done a factory reset and reinstalled everything. Nothing seems to be solving the problem. Here are my specs:
- GPU: GeForce RTD 4070
- CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) I9-13900K
- Motherboard: PRO Z790-P
- RAM: 64.0GB
- SSD: 2TB
If you need more details or clarification, just let me know. I'm not too tech-savvy, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It sounds like your power supply could be underpowered, or if everything worked before, maybe your GPU is overheating or nearing the end of its life. Even though your GPU is relatively new, it might still run into problems. Check the temperature during gameplay to make sure it’s not exceeding safe levels!

I just got the GPU a couple of years ago, and it usually doesn't go past 50°C, so I'm hoping it's not the problem.

Have you checked your system specs? It might also be a good idea to run a stress test on your hardware using a benchmark tool. This can help identify if there's an issue when under load. Sometimes, the system behaves differently when running games versus when just browsing.

Thanks! I'll look into doing a stress test and will update my specs in the post.
