I recently got a Corsair CX750 power supply and I'm hearing rumors about the new RTX 5070 Super series being on the way. While details are scarce, I'm curious if my PSU will be sufficient for this GPU. Right now, I have a Ryzen 3200G, but I'm planning to upgrade to a Ryzen 5700X3D. Any insights or speculations on this would be greatly appreciated!

Your power supply should handle the RTX 5070 Super without a problem! Just keep in mind that while the RTX 5070 is likely going to be energy efficient, it's always better not to run your power supply at 100% capacity. So as long as you’re not going for the absolute top-of-the-line setups, you should be set!

From what I know, most GPUs should run just fine on a good 750-watt PSU, except maybe the really high-end ones like the RTX 5090 when paired with something like a Ryzen 9 or an i9 setup. The RTX 5090 can draw up to 600 watts, and with a CPU pulling around 100 watts, I wouldn't want to push a PSU to its max. But for the RTX 5070 Super, you should be in the clear!
