I downloaded an app called "Home app" while trying to get Spotify premium from a site called liteapk. Now my phone's interface has changed, and my apps are larger than before, making it really inconvenient to use. I've tried uninstalling other apps like Discord and Instagram and blocked this app's access to the internet, but I can't uninstall it from my settings. I have a Huawei P30 Lite, and honestly, I don't care much about losing anything on this phone except my Google account and email. I also noticed pop-up ads when using Google before blocking the app. What steps can I take to get rid of this problematic app?

Factory resetting is your best bet. If it works out, great! But honestly, it’s also worth it to subscribe to Spotify. Plus, consider upgrading from that Huawei; if it’s still using an old version of Android, it’s probably got a lot of security issues.
Seriously, don't install random APK files. That's a common way for hackers to access your personal data. Play it safe and stick to the official app store next time.
You should definitely consider doing a factory reset on your phone. Just log back into your Google account afterwards and reinstall your apps—only use the Play Store to avoid this mess again. And really, why even trust random sites for downloads?
Yeah, I guess OP was just looking for a way to get Spotify premium for free, but it's risky.
