What CPU Cooler and RAM Should I Choose for My Ryzen 9600X Build?

I'm putting together a new build featuring a Ryzen 5 9600X and I'm looking for some advice on components. Specifically, I need a reliable CPU cooler. I've heard that some air coolers perform really well, so I'm open to either air or AIO options. I'm not planning to overclock, so that simplifies things a bit. I'm aiming for RAM as well, ideally around 5600MHz, but I've noticed some people recommend even faster options. I'm mainly gaming at 1440p and want to maintain smooth 120+ FPS. I'm also using an NVIDIA RTX 4060. What would you suggest?

For RAM, I’d say go with any DDR5 6000 CL30. As for the cooler, check out the Thermalright Peerless Assassin SE or the Phantom Spirit SE—whichever one is cheaper is the way to go. If they’re the same price, grab the Phantom Spirit SE, it's solid!

For RAM, I’d recommend the TeamGroup T-Create Expert 2x16GB at 6000MHz C30. Just install it in the 2nd and 4th slots, enable AMD Expo in the BIOS, and you’re good to go—no overclocking necessary. For a cooler, you could go for the Thermalright Phantom Spirit SE if you want an air cooler, or for a budget AIO, try the Thermalright Frozen Edge. If you want the best AIO for noise to performance, the Arctic Liquid Freezer III is amazing!

The Thermalright Phantom Spirit should serve you well for years without issue.
